•Duly Filled-out and signed Loan Application Form

•Photocopy of at least two valid IDs (i.e. Company ID & government-issued ID)

•Photocopy of at least two valid IDs of Spouse, if married

•Certificate of Employment with Compensation

•2 months latest payslips

•Photocopy of latest Income Tax Return or BIR Form 2316

•Bank Statements (for the past 6 months)/Passbook

•Postdated checks for loan amortizations (entire term)

•Duly-signed loan documents (Spouse to co-sign, if married)

CORPORATE

•SEC Certificate of Registration

•Articles of Incorporation and By-laws

•Latest GIS

•Community Tax Certificate of the Corporation

•Photocopy of valid/government-issued IDs of authorized signatories

•Bio-data of authorized signatories

•Company Profile

•Board Resolution/Secretary's Certificate - to avail of a loan facility from Money Tree

•Income Tax Return & Financial Statements for the last 3 years

•Bank Statements (for the past 6 months)/Passbook

•Postdated checks for loan amortizations (entire term)

•Duly-signed loan documents

SOLE PROPRIETOR

•Duly filled-out and signed Loan Application Form

•Photocopy of at least two valid IDs

•Photocopy of at least two valid IDs of Spouse, if married

•Business Permit

•DTI Registration

•Income Tax Return & Financial Statements for the last 3 years

•Bank Statements (for the past 6 months)/Passbook

•Postdated checks for loan amortizations (entire term)

•Duly-signed loan documents (Spouse to co-sign, if married)

BORROWERS RESIDING/WORKING ABROAD

•Valid IDs/ Passport/Visa of principal borrower and Attorney-in-Fact

•If OFW, latest Employment Contract or Certificate of Employment with Compensation

•Proof of Income/Financial Statements, if engaged in business

•Special Power of Attorney
=>If executed abroad, must be with Consular seal/ red ribbon
=>Attorney-in-Fact should be a resident of the Philippines
=>Attorney-in-Fact automatically becomes the Co-borrower

•Postdated checks for loan amortizations (entire term)

•Duly-signed loan documents
